Buy Units
The Fund offers Units for sale to eligible investors on a continuous basis. Subscriptions for Units accepted by the Fund will be issued quarterly, based on unit value determined on the last business day of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31).
The minimum investment amount is $5,000, and all payments must be received no later than two business days before the end of the current calendar quarter or Units will not be issued until the end of the following quarter. Investors will not be charged any sales charges on their purchase of Fund Units.
